Performed and supervised all aspects of elevator installation and service work.
As owner operator for an independent elevator contractor, performed managerial duties and customer relations aspect of day to day operation of elevator service company.
As a retired (after 35 years) member of Elevator Constructors Local #9, familiar with other companies operation and work forces.
Worked with many local and national management groups, as well as the GSA, State of Minnesota and local government authorities.
